Cassandra (Sandy) Freschi is a master facilitator of personal growth and transformation. She draws from her extensive background in life coaching, human design guidance, and mindfulness practices. With a deep understanding of the transformative power of creative expression and meditation, she has dedicated her journey to guiding creatives, seekers, and healers on their path of self-discovery and inner awakening.

Sandy channels her 30+ years of experience in the body/mind healing realm and her highly developed intuition into each group session to facilitate a unique experience for each of its participants.
